Here's a little trick for evaluating a relative link. Works with Netscape,
I don't know about IE or others.

View the page with the doubtful link. Point to the link but don't click
on it. At the bottom of your browser window will be the absolute version
of the link. If the absolute link at the bottom is correct, the relative
link in the file is correct.
