No. Files are uploaded with METHOD=PUT instead of METHOD=POST. This is
not supported with MailMerge. You might be able to twitch MailMerge into
accepting the contents of a file as a data variable, but the data would
then be sent intact (as text, no less) in the outgoing e-mail or would be
appended to the output file. MailMerge does not have the ability to create
a new file from each form.
