I am having trouble uploading a directory in one of my web pages:

I have edited the Read the Newsletter feature, but when I use WSFTP LE
to upload it, it has not changed on the page!!! Very strange and
I can't figure out why!!

I did change the Index and it went okay!!

Any one with some ideas, etc.
