Mike,
I just uploaded a 11K file into my FreePages account with no problems. You
haven't given us your URL or account name, so we can't pass anything on to
the programmers to look at and make sure that your account permissions are
set up correctly. That's the obvious problem if you're sure that you've
navigated into the appropriate XXXXX_html directory before attempting your
upload. You are not allowed to upload files outside of the topic
directories -- any attempt to do so will result in the "permission denied"
message.
If you'll post some information about your account and maybe the names of
the programs you've been using to upload, we'll have someone check things out.
