Subject: [FreeHelp] Mail Merge?

I would like to put a form on my genealogy page that visitors
could enter their Queries into and they would appear on a page
called "New Queries." I assume I would have to use some sort of
mail merge for this.

Could someone give me a little advice on how to start....sort of
point me in the right direction?
