These and similar programs format the page for you. You can change the
background by substituting yours for theirs, but you can't change the layout
without doing each page by hand -- not an enticing prospect.

Any of the third party FTP utilities will upload multiple files with one
command. Popular ones at Freepages are CuteFTP and WS_FTP. Check out my
Genealogy site help pages. There are examples of several GEDCOM to HTML
programs, and links and instructions for FTP programs:
