To prevent this:

1. Folks sending HTML fragments for critique should try to remember to
"escape" the HTML, by using the "extra dot" trick - <.BR> instead of
<BR> (I used one that's harmless)

2. Folks who can need to set their e-mail clients to NOT render HTML.

Was the message about a month old? I remember someone about a month ago
trying to get that color to work.....
