I'm sure there are programs that will do what you want. But you can also
use the tools at hand, your browser, to print web pages set up as album
pages. Design your web page so it will print on 8-1/2x11 paper. If you
have a color printer and design the page with a colored background and/or
captions, set the print options in your browser to print background colors
and images. In Internet Explorer, that is Tools>Internet Options>Advanced
then scroll to *printing*
