Talk to the folks who write the browser. That browse dialogue is a
function of the browser, and the file type filtering that it offers is
entirely part of the browser itself. I have not found any way that the web
server can tell the browser to look for particular types of files. If so,
it would be really nice if the WorldConnect uploader could look for .ged
(gedcom) files.

Oh well -- we're *still* at the mercy of programmers.
