OK, I've uploaded my files by using the file manager. I used my genealogy program to create the html. (Generations' Mellennium). But,when I try to go to the URL for my page, I get a message that says it can't find the website. http://www.freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~skdulcich/

I have obviously not done something I should have done. Or done something wrong. I'm the ultimate newbie on html and webpages so be very simple and straightforward in any explanations, please :-)
