Sorry, but I forgot to mention how I handle captions when photographs need
something more than the "mouseover" pop-up captioning. I looked through my
photo-editing tools and found that our HP scanning software includes a
captioning option. I used that to edit photographs taken at the two wedding
ceremonies (one in Moscow and the other in Texas) of my husband's childhood
best friend, which you can see at

may be able to find a similar tool in photo-editing software you have
on-hand or which is out on the Internet.
