Do you or did you have another email account you could have used to create
the guestbook. Password Central only recognizes the email associated with
the account, guestbook, etc. If you can no longer receive mail at the
other account, fill in the old email, and complete the box for your *new*
email. You will be contacted by staff to verify before they will send the
password.

If that doesn't apply, just create a new guestbook.
