Only you can see the flags (or anyone being fortunate to have the files
on their PC at the same location you have them). The problem is the
following code: <img src="file:/C:/GWRRA/nys-flag.gif" width="120"
height="100" align=bottom > You're referring to a file on your PC. I store
all my image files (gif, jpg, etc) in my "image" directory. So, my src
parameter would be 'src="image/mys-flag.gif"'. If all your files are
uploaded from the same directory (no sub directories), change your src
parameter to 'src="mys-flag.gif"'...
