Alwyn,

I use a different method of "hiding" email addresses. I take the entire HTML
tag that usually reads something like:
<A HREF="mail to: ">
and replace replace it with:
</A>
All the characters within the quotation marks [""], including the "mail to:"
are replaced with their code. Precede each with an ampersand and the number
sign [&#] and end each with a semicolon[;].

It's simple, doesn't add much to the size of your file, and works even when
your page visitor has scripting "turned off" in their browser.
