Thanks to all the help from the folks I've "met" here ( and my patient
understanding husband ;-}}) I now have the first 100 pages of the book up.
I also have all of the "General Index" pages up with links - I hope - to the
first 100 pages. If any of you see any problems, please let me know.
Thanks to a bunch of wonderful caring people.
