What a *great* contribution this book will be when complete. I already
spotted a Sprague name that might be of interest to me. I do have a
suggestion, which is to put a 'mailto' link at the bottom of the first page
and possibly each page. This is pretty easy and I can give specific
instructions if you don't know how. If you had a 'mailto' link, I was going
to use it to let you know that the link labelled 'alphabetical index' is not
working. Possibly this is because the site is still under construction.

Also, as you build the pages, it's a good idea to have a 'home' button on
each. Finally, I like to put a horizontal rule - html tag <HR> at the top
and bottom of each page to delineate where the ad banners leave off and my
pages start.
