Hi,

You really need to spend a little time looking over html. A good place to
learn is here: http://www.pagetutor.com/pagetutor/makapage/

However, there is a short cut to doing what you want, and it works with
limited success. Below the following instructions is the code you need to
do your page.

1. Open notepad.
2. Save it with the title (no caps, no spaces) in the html. Your first page
must be called the following: index.html
3. Copy the code below.
4. Paste it on your notepad page.
5. Go through it and take out all the little periods immediately following
the opening of the brackets. I need to use them to send this email, but the
code won't function with it. Be careful. You need everything else.
6. Now go to your word doc, or excel doc., and copy the information.
7. Paste it below the <.pre> tag, where I have indicated..
8. Save your work.
9. Go to your Freepages directory, read the instructions on how to file
transfer. Follow them.
10. You're done.
