Your View Button from your main page AND from the GUESTBOOK.html
Should be pointing to

http://resources.rootsweb.com/~guestbook/cgi-bin/public_guestbook.cgi?gb=864&action=view


and not
http://resources.rootsweb.com/~guestbook/cgi-bin/public_guestbook.cgi?gb=[864]&action=view

For some reason you have brackets around your guestbook number.
Just remove the brackets from around the 864 and that should do the trick.
