Does this mean that any "fact" gleaned from a book, website, purchased CD,
Ancestry subscription, etc. can be freely distributed without retribution?

In other words, for example, is it legal for someone with a subscription to
Ancestry.com to do lookups for someone else?

Maybe those are two separate issues.?.?

Thanks,
