The easiest thing I've found to do so the text does not cover the left
border of the background is to insert a table.
I have a table on my pages because of the left hand border... the text stays
to the right. I have it set at 2 x 2 .... or 4 windows (easier to explain).
All my text is in the right colum and can adjust the table lines
accordingly.
