I am trying to upload text to my Web Page and am getting this error message:

FTP connection error: Unable to connect to: '00.00.00.00'. Please make sure
the host username, password & port are set correctly.
Last error: The server name or address could not be resolved.

Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong.
