Thankfully I don't have your problem :-) , so I don't have an answer :-(
However every six months or so I get an e-mail from John Ball who runs the
Welsh Family Archive Site:
http://home.clara.net/wfha/wales/
which is sent to every e-mail address with contact info on his site, for the
purpose of checking live e-mail links.
I don't know how he does it, it may be automated, it may be by hard graft,
but his e-mail address is:
