I have been with freepages since their birth and with help from Pat, Elsie
and the others. I learned how to create a web site that assisted in helping
me find so many distant living relatives whom I never knew existed. I now
stay in touch with them by email and have received over 100 family photos
from them. I keep them updated with our family genealogy and share all the
old family photos and more with all of them on my Freepages pages. Without
this kind of dedication from the folks at Freepages and at no expense to me,
my new found relatives most likely would not have been found. Freepages let
me create a web site with almost no limitations and I am so pleased that I
reasponded to their ad offering free web space a few years ago and switched.
For those of you who are thinking of throwing in the towel because of the
ads should realize that on your Freepages you can change your page layout to
accomadate the banners and find another solution for the pop up ad. Look at
the end result. I have been with the other hosts the same as many of the
other Freepages users have and we know that we are now with the best.
Freepages have been good to us and I am sure with their kind of dedication
they will continue to do what is best for all and our genealogy in the
future.
