MS Powerpoint isn't considered a good choice for preparing webpages,
unless your material is mainly sort of a screen (or overhead media)
presentation. PP would make it hard to put greater amounts of text onto
a page, and may also limit the size of a single (web)page to what fits
on a screen or standard size sheet by default (this might be changed via
alternative format settings I believe).
But - like with other MS office programs - you can prepare pages in PP,
save them as *.html and upload them to your freepages account if you
really want to.
