Hi there.

Pat on the Help Desk is the same Pat who is the administrator of this
mailing list.

The process that creates your account automatically subscribes you to this
list, so if you didn't subscribe yourself, you *do* have a web account. I
don't know why you may not have received the "welcome" letter which gives
you the details of your account.

You can get the web account information (including your password) by using
the form at http://passwordcentral.rootsweb.com/

Getting started help can be found at
http://helpdesk.rootsweb.com/FAQ/fpindex.html

And -- be sure to ask your questions here where your fellow webmasters hang
out. You'll find folks who have sorted through the system at RootsWeb and
are willing to help you get started.

Regards,
Elsi
