Subject: [FreeHelp] Can't link within the page

I got my links "Back to top" and "Back to index page" working. I also
got my email working, but I can't seem to fix my links with in the page
so that I can jump from 1. William Carroll "Dove" Poarch in the first
family down to his family further down in the page.

Help please
