The ftp host address should be
users.freepages.rootsweb.com
no spaces [g]

Port 21 is the correct default.

Not sure what your program is asking for here. It could be asking for the
name by which you want to identify the connection, e.g. MyFreepages; or it
may be asking for a confirmation of the ftp address. Check your program
helpfiles for instructions for this field.
