Just my 2 cents worth. I've been a subscriber on this list for a long time
and just had to reply to your comment about being "embarrassed" as you're
not the first I've seen express it that way.
Cheri and Moira-
Thought I would add to that also. I just did my website a few weeks ago. I
started out by using a program that created pages for the genealogy info.
Then I wen through and learned how to "cut" and "paste" codes and to write simple
codes to add pictures and other stuff to it. I hope to keep adding and
improving it over time but I too, am proud of the work I have done. Why should we
be embarrassed about not know HTML codes proficiently when we have info that
we have researched so intently. I spent 5 years researching, documenting,
contacting family, etc. before finally getting the courage to put it on line and
there is no way I am going to let anyone tell me I should be ashamed.
I checked out both of your sites and thought they looked great. I love the
info I am getting from these messages and looking at the different sites.
Thanks to everyone.
