Hallo Dale,

You'll probably get some more useful replies, but in case not, my
suggestion (since Roots Freepages doesn't support Frames, as I have read):

Make a second column to your table, then use 'rowspan=(number of rows)'
for the text to appear agains the appropriate number of rows of data.
