Watch out with this one. ENTER%20SITE.html#WELSH%20PAGE
identifies a location inside the page ENTER%20SITE.html.
welsh.html identifies an entire page. Using a name
like welsh.html would require separating out this part
from the original ENTER%20SITE.html and putting it into
its own page.
