If you retrieved your username and password from Password Central the results
should be mailed almost instantly: http://passwordcentral.rootsweb.com/ .

If you wrote to it can take a while. This is also a
holiday and vacation time of year and staff might not be working every day. I'd
say if you don't receive a reply in 2 weeks, resend the request--provided you
cannot retrieve it yourself from Password Central
