RootsWeb Digests are sent inline, one message following another in one long
email.
Your email client, Outlook Express v6, converts Digest mails into
attachments, then the default installation removes them as "possibly unsafe".
Go to Tools > Options > Security
Uncheck the box that says to remove possible unsafe attachments.
