OK, upon further searching on the web, I found that what I am seeking to do
is called "alt title text", or something similar. I found several sites that
show the code to do this, but nowhere that mentioned where in FrontPage you
can do this using a feature of theirs.

So, it looks like I will playing with the code if I want to utilize this.

Hey Blake - I am not a pro at this ... but I think in your html code
where your picture / graphic is <img scr= " your graphic file name "
then right after that insert alt= " and between the quaots marks, type
what you want the box to say "

I notice that those boxes don't pop up with Netscape 7.2 browser :(
might just be me or just my machine ...
