In the FORM ACTION tag you have
"http://resources.rootsweb.com/~guestbook/cgi-bin/public_guestbook.cgi?gb=[alaska
guest book]&action=submit"

Your guestbook is identified by number, e.g.
gb=0001

Change the URL to the guestbook ID number you were given when you created
your guestbook. If you've forgotten, you can request from PasswordCentral,
http://passwordcentral.rootsweb.com

Also, remove the brackets surrounding the guestbook ID number. They are
placed there in the sample coding to identify what you need to change to
link to *your* guestbook. They are not part of the URL.
