Enlarging photos can "pixelize", or make those jagged edges at a certain point.
Re-creating a photo has some interesting conversation.
My scanner software has a feature which allows one to use any size photo and
make a desktop "wallpaper".
One day when playing, I clicked this tool using an insignificant scanned photo. Nothing
seemed to happen, until I closed the program, and there was this beautiful, large, undistorted
image as my wallpaper (desktop background). Enlarging that photo to this size would not
have given the same great clarity. You can easily extract the new (larger) image from your desktop
wallpaper folder.
Whatever it did to make the larger image, it was great. Check your own programs to see
if it may have this feature, and give it a try. Playful clicking sometimes revels unusual results.
