I am hesitant about ask this question ... as I am sure it might have
been covered before :/
I created a family tree descendants chart at work today in the program
AutoCad 2002 ... yep I am a draftsman civil engineering [it was a slow
day] ... through this program I was able to plot [print] the drawing
into a PDF file :) looks pretty cool when viewing it through Acrobat
Reader :) zoom in and out, pan side to side and up and down ...
I wanted a way to show the BIG picture [what we know so far] of all the
descendants from one ancestor on down through 10 generations using
squares for the males and circles for the females and then carrying each
generation on down through the male lines ... I have placed the names of
those males in the first 5 generations, hopefully those who connect
might be able to figure out which line they descend from :) and be
better able to know where we need help in filling out the missing
branches ...
ok here goes ... am I able to post this chart to my web site ? "not as
a download able file for my sites visitors" but more like something that
can be viewed and or printed out on their end :)
I have been using FrontPage 2000 to create my site ...
ok let the eggs and tomatoes fly ... ducking and running :)
more later on ...
