You also have a huge horizontal resolution in Firefox in both 800x600 and
1024x768. Non in IE. You've set your table at 100% but then set table
widths. Change to percentages and see if that helps. I'm leaving for the
weekend so don't have time to really go over it. If not fixed by Monday,
will lokk again.
