Excuse me... What I said was correct.. what are you talking about!

If you click on the URL and it takes you to the parent directory.... You are
not in the index.htm page.. That automatically means there either is no
index.htm or index.html page or that it is not being read by the computer!
And if your links do not match you will not come back to the index page from
a link...
