Margins look fine to me, but if you want to change them, here is a
simple way:
between your <./title> and <./head>, add these lines:
<./title>
<.style>
body {margin: .5cm}
<./style>
<./head>
Those are curly brackets (braces), and leave out the periods (dots).
Units for margins can be centimeters (as shown), in (inches), em, or a
number of others. An em is approximately the width of a capital M in the
current font. Leave no space between the number and the unit of measure.
Of course, a css-capable browser will be required to see the effect,
but non-css browsers should happily ignore it.
