Vanessa-

You could find out by doing a trace route from your computer to
freepages.rootsweb.com to see where the connection gets lost.

Go to a DOS window (command.com) and type in tracert freepages.rootsweb.com
and hit enter. This will trace the route between your computer and the
freepages server.
