I live in Massachusetts and am finding it nearly impossible to view mine or
anyone else's Freepages sites. I understand this is probably due to
Hurricane Katrina. I have no problems whatsover accessing all other sites
that I've tried, including Rootsweb and many others. My dad, in Maryland,
reports no problems at all accessing Freepages sites. Is this problem due
to the way the pages are routed to me? Is there anything at all that I can
do to change this? I have tons of work to do on my sites and I can't do it
without being able to view them. I understand the situation in Louisiana
and surrounding states is dire, so please do not interpret this as a not
caring question. We are doing whatever we can from here to help the people
there.

Vanessa-
You could find out by doing a trace route from your computer to
freepages.rootsweb.com to see where the connection gets lost.
Go to a DOS window (command.com) and type in tracert freepages.rootsweb.com
and hit enter. This will trace the route between your computer and the
freepages server.
