This needs fixing. Usual suspects: a missing index.html or Overview.html, or
a missing ACL.
Response status code: 403
Response message: Forbidden Line: 357

The link is not mine, but I used it as an external link on my webpage. That
other site has a list that I don't really want to put on my site, just link
to.

W3 says that link is forbidden.

In the mind of the w3, what does it mean if a url is forbidden? What makes
it forbidden?

Since I cannot change the url wording on another site, and w3 calling it
forbidden, can I still use it on my site or should I delete it?

(Wish w3 gave more details on the results page).
