I don't know if this is an ok thing to do, but for a short time, I do this.
I make a folder in my remote server [my ISP webpace] and then upload a
'trial' page which is called index.htm into this folder. You can search, as
in my case, for: http://fp.shottle.plus.com/trialvillage/
Or: http://fp.shottle.plus.com/villagesnapshot/

Is this what you are aiming at?
