What do I do?

For several weeks I have not been able to open the FrontPage2000 website: "People and Places: Gazetteer of Hamilton County, TX" on my computer.

Sometimes my computer will eventually tell me "System is low on Virtual Memory." Usually it does not respond with a message.

My computer will open a smaller website on my computer--"Ancestors--Grishams and Kirklands" --also FrontPage2000

Using another computer and my LAN, I can open FrontPage2000 website: "People and Places: Gazetteer of Hamilton County, TX" on my computer. From the other computer I can modify/edit/add, and save changes on my computer. So I surmised that the problem is not with FrontPage2000--but rather something on my computer.

Space should not be an issue since my computer has 7.05 GB of free space on Drive C, and 37.7 GB of free space on Drive D.

The gazetteer occupies 271 MB and the size on disk is 577 MB on Drive D. The gazetteer is comprised of 45,657 Files in 1,914 folders.
