Subject: How do I insert Guestbook?

My freepages site is as follows:

The message Congratulations - Guestbook Created gave
me some code to copy and paste to my desktop and then
upload to the same directory as the webpage which will
contain the form.

I used Legacy family tree software to create my
website and Rootsweb ftp upload editor to upload it
but I'm not sure where to copy and paste the guestbook
code.

Any suggestions will be helpful.
