I used a graphic on one web. It is a simple little jpg, made in photoshop,
that just is my addy in a tiny box. I used it to put on a page by itself.
Then every instance where I need my address, I link it to my email htm
page. Users who click get the page. They have to type in my address into
whatever email client they use -- an extra step for users but it has not
stopped submissions from pouring in.
