Subject: Image size reduction and IrfanView batch processing -- WOW!!!

Thanks everyone for all the suggestions! I've played around with a few of the
suggested programs and have been very pleased. I also experimented with
IrfanViews's batch processing to reduce my photoquality-sized images to
something more appropriate for the web and discovered that Irfanview could also
easily create thumbs, a html page containing all the new thumbs, and a html
page for each full size image almost automatically!! This large task now seems
much more easy to handle !!

By the way, do any of you have an opinion about what the maximum pixel
dimensions should be of the pictures displayed on our webpages?
