I believe this is a FrontPage 2002 error, not Rootsweb. Have you migrated
your website to a new computer lately?

I saw the same error message when trying to move my website to a new system.
Solved it by uninstalling/reinstalling FrontPage & "re-creating" the site in
a new folder.
