Hello all,

I recenlty set up an email submission form on my webpage: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~socrateselder/emailpage.html.

I was able to receive one e-mail, but since then nothing. Everythign else appears to be working. After hitting submit I get the expected mailmerge generated page. See below. However, no mail ever arives in my in box. I have poured over my code to look for error and I can't find any. Here is a link to my template:

What am I doing wrong?
