In IE6, the horiz. bar only needs scrolled about 1/2 inch. I think your
table got pushed from the left side in, but I don't know enough to explain
why. There's about 1 to 2 inches of space on the left (well the left
space seems huge, maybe my measurement is bigger than the reality).

I wouldn't try to fix any page until RW does whatever they will do about the
banner. Their fix may undo your new fixes. Conversely, their fix may
correct any problem before you need to mess with it. So why not wait and
see?
