re 1 NO - you did not create the picture but if you hold the original
then you have some claim to it
re 2 NO - it is not false usage - you are simply indicating the material
is not open to everyone to grab - and to which country anyway would one
have to pay this registration.
I think the wording you mentioned re usage and who can and do what - is
very sound
But there is list on copyright issues.....
